You can use blink to get on top of the auctioneer platform

Then you can jump in the corner and float over the AH platform

There is another way to do this!

Delete/use your hearthstone (you can get it back by making an inn your home)

Stand on the table, back wall right side of the platform.

Put your left heel on the tip of the pick.

Hit Unstuck in the GM (?) icon thing where you make tickets.

If you did it right you should be inside the platform.

I can't remember the exact corner, but I believe it is the one on the right if facing the wall, closest to wall.

Just go to the corner there, jump straight up, several times you should jump up a little higher in thin air.

You should be about halfway between platform and ceiling now!

Unless they fixed it o.O
