In arathi highlands near the hammerfall city is a cave with cobolds, and actually this cave is THE best place for mining iron and mithri
It has 9+ spots for ore deposits - iron, mithril and the bloodstone...
9 ore deposits in one SMALL cave!!! not only that, these ore deposits respawn VERY fast and are VERY easy to spot - if u stand in middle of cave u can see ALL the ore eposits as soo as they reappear...

There is also a chest in the corner that respawns every hour or so.

The problem is, this cave is the spot for two quests: The princess chain and the one with the bloodstone ore stuff...

So people tend to be there. A lot.
